2007 South Florida
Community AIDS Partnership
Grantees
Dade Community Foundation is proud to announce $360,000 in grants to eight local organizations dedicated to preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS. The grants through the Foundation's Community AIDS Partnership continue the long-standing commitment of the Foundation with its local and national funding partners to supporting HIV prevention, promoting testing and counseling and connecting people with resources for care and treatment and the problems that put them at risk for infection.
The Foundation's AIDS Partnership is a collaboration between private funders and the public sector funders, with significant support from Miami-Dade County. The Foundation's Partnership is a grantmaking fund through which a variety of donors can pool their dollars to award to effective HIV prevention programs countywide.
