 SEITLIN FRANKLIN E. WHEELER SCHOLARSHIP FUND GUIDELINES
HISTORY- M. Stephen Jackman, President of Seitlin Insurance established a scholarship fund at Dade Community Foundation assisting students pursuing a career in the insurance industry and business. A minimum of two $1,500 scholarships will be awarded annually to students demonstrating a strong interest in this field. This scholarship is in memory of Franklin E. Wheeler, who was a Seitlin associate, insurance agent and owner for 26 years. He is most remembered for his caring, and taking time for others. He was a man of great character always adhering to high ethical standards. These scholarships will be awarded to students who are shown to exhibit high ethical standards.
