To support Kids in the Concert Hall a series of educational daytime concerts designed to introduce students to the concert-going experience as well as to major works and composers of orchestral music.

To assist in hiring a full-time Program Manager to increase the capacity of this organization to engage impressionable adolescents in pro-social, alternative activities to violence.
Nonprofit Governance Project - $10,000
To provide general program support for the collaborative project that provides educational workshops on good governance practices targeting board members of nonprofits in Miami-Dade County.
Open Door Health Center - $10,000
To support diabetes awareness and self-management for clients living with Type II Diabetes. This project will use a Community Health Worker model to reach and engage participants through personalized home visits, education of patients and their family members and through comprehensive nutritional, retina and food examinations.
Orange Bowl Foundation - $8,000
To support the Program for Athletic and Scholarly Success (PASS) which targets middle school youth who are athletes and their parents or guardians. The project provides them with an opportunity for year-round tutoring and mentoring in an effort to help students improve their academic performance and pass the FCAT.
