Marsha B. Elser, Esq. is a Marital and Family lawyer. Ms. Elser has served as President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Chairperson of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County.

Jane Fox-Johnson is a former development professional with over 25 years of experience in working with nonprofit organizations to improve their financial status and institutional effectiveness. Ms. Fox-Johnson has worked with a broad array of national nonprofit groups as development staff and more recently as a consultant. Some former clients include: American Society of Landscape Architects, American Symphony Orchestra League, American Zoo and Aquarium Association, Bennett College for Women, Center for Excellence in Government, Center for Policy Alternatives, Children's Defense Fund and more.

Robert C. Gilbert, Esq. has practiced law in Miami since 1986. He specializes in complex business litigation and handles cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida and the United States. He has twice argued (and prevailed) before the Supreme Court of Florida, in addition to many cases before trial and appellate courts. Mr. Gilbert has dedicated a large part of his life to volunteer work.
